The Entertainment City Project

With 30 years of experience in varied business ventures, Iran Toseeh decided to establish ‘The Entertainment City’- an exemplary national project for tourism, entertainment and sports. Some of the project components are:

•A 5-star Hotel: 546 rooms estimated with 52,939cm subtraction-Views on racecourse finish line
•Waterpark: concurrent waterparks for men and women with 14,716 cm substruction
•Equestrian & Racing areas: Racing and Show Jumping stables, arenas, racing units and grounds will cover 156,391 sm with 35,257 cm substruction
•Other components: Horse Sciences Academy-Office & Commercial areas-Entertainment complex incl. bowling, billiard, cinema and restaurants and cafes-a Health Village-a Pond and Green Spaces-Exhibitions, Warehouse & Packaging areas-Supermarkets-Golf course & Sport complexes-Cultural centers-an international Equine Quarantine.
